Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of FocusDeck at focusdeck.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FocusDeck.

FocusDeck lets you build reusable decks of timed focus blocks, run guided sessions, review them, and track goals. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

• Free — available at no cost, with usage limits described on our pricing page.
• Pro — $10/month, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically each month until cancelled.
• Founding Lifetime — a one-time $65 payment for ongoing access to the current Pro feature set, limited to 100 seats. It covers current consumer Pro features and does not guarantee future add-on or enterprise features.

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service.

The decks, notes, and other content you create are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

FocusDeck, its name, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusDeck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using FocusDeck and deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
